The service
ismsdirectory.com is a free, curated directory of compliance vendors, consultancies, auditors, and tools. By using the site, including its search features and the AI vendor search, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
AI vendor search
The AI vendor search generates recommendations automatically from our vendor listings. It is clearly labelled as AI. You must not rely on its answers as professional, legal, or purchasing advice: answers can be incomplete or wrong, and you should verify important details directly with the vendor. Listing in the directory and appearing in AI answers is based on editorial fit, never on payment for ranking. How conversations are processed and stored is described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
When using the site, and the AI vendor search in particular, you must not:
- use it for unlawful purposes or to seek assistance with unlawful activity;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, manipulate the assistant's instructions, or extract its configuration;
- send automated, scripted, or bulk requests to the AI search (the public data feeds and MCP server exist for machine access to listings);
- use it to harass anyone or to generate defamatory content about any company or person;
- submit other people's personal data or any confidential information;
- disrupt or overload the service, or spoof analytics events.
We enforce this through rate limits, automated moderation, review of AI-search conversation logs (see the privacy policy), and blocking. We may restrict or refuse access to the AI search at any time.
Listings, warranties, liability
Directory content is provided in good faith but without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose. Vendors are independent companies: we are not a party to any engagement between you and a listed vendor and accept no responsibility for their services. Nothing on this site is professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including AI-generated answers. The service is provided free of charge and "as is". We may change or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; the current version always applies. Questions: use our contact form.
