    Ons commitment aan uw privacy

    Wij geloven dat privacy eenvoudig moet zijn.

    Wat we NIET verzamelen

    Hier is wat we expliciet NIET verzamelen:

    • No personal information from casual visitors - We don't collect names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses from people browsing the directory. Listing submissions (including a complimentary Copilot listing) include the company name, website, and a contact email that is not shown on the public listing.
    • No third-party ad tracking - No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking (we use privacy-focused first-party analytics, described below)
    • No public user accounts - Visitors do not create a Directory login. Paying ISMS Copilot customers who claim a complimentary listing are identified by an opaque Copilot-derived token, not a Directory account.
    • No selling or sharing of data - Data is shared only with the processors named on this page, only to operate the site
    • No advertising networks - No targeted ads or ad tracking

    • For AI search conversations and listing submissions you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing via our contact form; for AI conversations, include the conversation reference shown in the search window so we can locate the data without asking you for identity documents
    • You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority

    Betaalde indieningen & Stripe

    Voor betaalde indieningen wordt de betalingsverwerking veilig afgehandeld door Stripe.

    • Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers
    • We receive only the information necessary to fulfill your order (name, email, transaction confirmation)
    • This information is used exclusively for processing your listing and providing customer support

    Contact Form (Tally)

    Our contact form is provided by Tally. When you submit a contact request, removal request, or change request, your information is processed by Tally. This may include your name, email, and message content. Tally's privacy policy applies to data collected through their platform. Visit tally.so/help/privacy-policy for more details.

    Listing emails (Resend)

    When you submit a listing, we send you transactional emails about it (confirmation that we received it, notice that it is live, and a refund notice if a paid listing is rejected), and our team receives internal alerts about paid submissions. These emails are sent through Resend, a US-based email provider. Our sending region is the EU (Ireland), but Resend stores message content and delivery logs in the United States. Data shared with Resend is the recipient email address, your company name and listing details. Open and click tracking is off. We process this data to perform the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Resend keeps email and log data for 30 days; we keep a record of which emails were sent for as long as your listing exists. Resend is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are also covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in its data processing agreement.     Our standard directory search runs entirely client-side in your browser: those search terms are not sent to us or any third party. The optional AI vendor search works differently and is described in its own section below. External links to tools and resources on other websites are clearly marked, and their privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

    Analyse

    We meten het gebruik met een zelf gehoste Umami-instantie en Vercels privacyvriendelijke analyse: geaggregeerde paginaweergaven, referrer-domeinen, uitgaande klikken naar leveranciers en grove zoekintentie-categorieën (bijvoorbeeld framework, regio of dienstsoort, uit een vaste lijst). Geen advertentie-ID's, geen cross-site profielen, geen gebruik voor advertenties. De analyse bevat nooit de inhoud van AI-zoekgesprekken, alleen categorielabels uit onze eigen vaste woordenlijst.

    AI-leverancierszoeker

    De AI-leverancierszoeker is een optionele, duidelijk gemarkeerde AI-functie (geen account nodig). Wanneer u die gebruikt:

    • Wat we verwerken: uw berichten, de AI-antwoorden, een willekeurige gespreksreferentie, uw taal en een gesalte hash van uw IP-adres (nooit uw ruwe IP).
    • AI-verwerking: uw berichten en de antwoorden worden verzonden naar OpenRouter en een beperkte set modelaanbieders met zero data retention, uitsluitend om het antwoord te genereren. Aanbieders mogen niet trainen op deze gegevens.
    • Opslag: we bewaren gesprekken maximaal 14 dagen (tot 90 dagen als ze verband houden met een misbruik- of veiligheidsincident), uitsluitend om misbruik te voorkomen, de dienst te beveiligen en de veiligheid en juistheid van antwoorden te beoordelen. Rechtsgrondslag: onze gerechtvaardigde belangen, art. 6(1)(f) AVG.
    • Wat we nooit doen: niet trainen op uw gesprekken, geen advertenties, geen leveranciersrangschikking uit uw gesprekken, geen gespreksinhoud in analyse, geen koppeling aan andere bezoekers.
    • Voer geen persoonlijke of vertrouwelijke informatie in: de assistent heeft alleen uw compliance-behoefte nodig. Gedetecteerde gevoelige gegevens worden uit onze logs gehouden.
    • Uw rechten: verzoek om inzage, verwijdering, beperking of bezwaar via ons contactformulier, onder vermelding van de gespreksreferentie in het zoekvenster. U kunt ook een klacht indienen bij uw toezichthouder.

    AI-antwoorden worden automatisch gegenereerd en kunnen onjuist zijn; controleer belangrijke details bij de leverancier. openrouter.ai/privacy.

    AI marktdata chat

    De optionele AI-chat op de GRC-trends pagina beantwoordt vragen over interesse in directorypagina's (frameworks, regio's en combinaties). Het gebruikt dezelfde eerlijkheidsregels als onze publieke markt-API: pageviews van directorypagina's, geen marktaandeel of adoptie.

    • Wat we verwerken: uw berichten, de AI-antwoorden, een willekeurige gespreksreferentie, uw taal en een gesalted IP-hash. Gespreksinhoud wordt nooit naar analytics gestuurd.
    • Opslag: tot 14 dagen (tot 90 dagen als gekoppeld aan een misbruik- of veiligheidsincident), voor misbruikpreventie en controle van antwoordintegriteit. Juridische grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
    • Deze chat beveelt geen leveranciers aan. Gebruik voor leverancierszoekopdrachten Ask AI op de homepage.
